We Open at 5:00 PM and seat until 9:00 PM Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and Sunday. On Friday and Saturday we seat until 10:00 PM. For parties greater than 8 persons, please call the restaurant directly.

Carmine’s adds a 3.5% service charge to our guest checks. This is divided among our kitchen staff to offer them a living wage while avoiding raising prices on our menu.
